Coates Hire says its construction lasers include excavator depth/slope/weight monitors, which offer the operator real time indication of the exact depth and slope of cut.
According to Coates, the excavator attachments are accurate to 10mm and can be magnetically mounted or hard wired to machine. The GPS upgradeable units can prevent over excavation or the overloading of trucks.
The productivity enhancing tool is said to cover all the operators’ needs from the easy to use dumpy right through to a Theodolites or complete station.
Coates says it can fit the machine control to specified equipment to work slopes and cut to a desired height.
